All orders should be placed with the provided form on the website as this helps  to erase any guess work or miscommunication.

All orders require initial payment of 80% and complete payment, 48 hours before pickup date. We do not start working on any order until the initial payments is made.

We ask that you give us enough notice for all orders or use our online store to shop for less notice orders. (See our Q & A page for more detail). You can also call to check if we can accommodate your late order.

For all online orders, make sure you get a confirmation email within 12 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please give us a call to confirm your order.

All single cake orders must be 6" and above and desserts orders must be by the dozen.

We cannot guarantee a picture match of a cake or color as we were not the original maker of the design but can guarantee something very similar. And also we will like to tweak things around 

where necessary to avoid any copyright.

All tasting is for wedding cake clients for a fee and if our bakery were to make the wedding cake, then we will waive the fee.

All cakes and desserts must be transported in an air conditioner vehicle and on a flat surface to avoid melting/tilting. Never leave your cake in a hot condition.

Cake delivery is available for all orders from $500 and above. (See Our Q & A Page for more detail).

Once your order is picked up and left our bakery, you assume all responsibility and liability for the condition of the cakes and desserts.

All sales are final: We understand that events do happen and as a bakery with edible products we are truly sorry for whatever reason that is causing the return but for the safety of every one of us, we will not be able to accommodate any return of our baked goods at this time. We would advise that you make a little purchase to try out our baked goods before embarking on any big purchase. We have good products and our customers can testify to that.

Our Exception: We can accept return of any cake accessories bought provided it's still in their original packaging and has not been opened or used and that will be based on our discretion.

All cancellations must be done 14 days before the pickup date for regular cakes, 30 days for more detailed cake and 60 days for a wedding cake as this helps to eliminate any interruption in your order and our business. If not, we would not be able to accommodate any cancellation because we must have made purchases for your order so that you can pick up in a timely manner.
