Q: How do I place an order?
A: Place your order with the provided form on the website or you can schedule to come        into the bakery to do so.

Q: How do I know my total payment since the provided form does not tell me?
A: Once your order is confirmed, we will make available your quote within 24 business            hours. Meanwhile, you can use our price guide to have an idea of what your order
    would cost

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: You can make a payment online, send payment via Zelle or come into the bakery to           swipe your card, or pay in cash.
Q: Can I place and receive an order immediately?
A: Yes! That can be done from our online shop (specifically for home and office delivery),         or coming into the bakery. If not, you will have to use our regular way, which is a               minimum of 3-5 days for less detailed custom orders, and a minimum of 14 days for         more detailed custom orders, and a minimum of 30 days for wedding cake orders.

Q: Do you require a deposit to place an order?
A: Yes we do, and the deposit is non refundable if you decide to cancel after the specified       period of cancellation. (Refer to our cancellation policy).

Q: How do I know what my deposit is?
A: We charge 80 percent of initial deposit on all orders from $100 and above and full            payment on all orders below $100.

Q: What is the minimum order I can place?
A: Cakes - 6" and above (Anything below 6" should be "add on")
    Desserts - By the dozen (See our pricing list)
    Cookies - By the dozen ("Pick a flavor" See our pricing list)

Q: Do you offer delivery and setup?
A: Yes! For all orders of $500 and above ($20 within 4 mile and $1 per mile for any                  subsequent mile). And also, our dessert table require delivery /setup. All of
    our physical delivery are within Houston and it's surroundings, If outside Houston, you      can use delivery by shipment.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Absolutely! Pick up from the bakery.
    Remember that you assume all responsibilities and liabilities for the condition
    of the cakes/desserts as soon as they leave our bakery

Q: Do you do cake tasting?
A: Yes, all tastings come with 6 servings of 6 different flavors of choice for $40. this                amount is non-refundable. We would advise you do tasting for wedding cake orders or      any order above $500, then it will be deducted from your cost if you decide to use us        for your wedding or big celebration orders.

Q; How do I schedule a tasting?
A: For wedding or big celebration orders, we would schedule a consultation at the bakery      where you can pick your flavors from our list of flavors.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We ask that all payment be made directly into our company's account via
    PayPal, Zelle, Swipe, Cash at the bakery.

Remember that all payments are made at the stipulated date and time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the order, contract will be null and void and deposit not refunded.
